Sometimes you don't need the full Energy4Life experience — you already know what you'd like me to focus on.
A miHealth Therapy session gives us time to work directly with my Energy4Life miHealth system, choosing the programs and approach that best fit what you'd like support with on the day.
Your session may include:
- Focused body and energetic support

Energetic Rejuvenator (ER) programs

Matrix Regulator (MR) programs
- Chinese Cycle Meridian Balance
- Relaxation and general energetic wellbeing support
- Energy4Life scan-guided miHealth support where relevant
You do not need to have an Energy4Life scan first to book miHealth.
What happens during your session?
We'll start with a brief conversation about what you'd most like me to focus on.
From there, I'll select the miHealth approach and programs appropriate to the session. Depending on what we're working with, miHealth can be used directly on the body or within the body's energetic field.
You may notice gentle sensations such as tingling or pulsing during some applications, and the intensity can be adjusted for your comfort.
