How at-home pet scanning works
If you have one pet or multiple, the process is simple. You only need one scanner, which can be used ongoing for your pet and even for yourself or your children.
1. Receive your scanner
Your NES Hand Scanner will be delivered to your home. This is a small, easy-to-use device that connects to your computer via USB or Bluetooth.
2. Set up your pet’s account
You’ll receive a registration link to create your family account. Since each pet and family member has their own profile, I will create a profile for your pet so you can track changes over time.
3. Complete a short intake form
This helps me understand your pet’s lifestyle, behaviour, and overall situation alongside the scan results.
4. Run the scan
Log in to your pet’s account and start the scan.
Place the scanner gently on your pet (on their fur or skin) or hold it in your hand while scanning.
The scan takes only a few seconds and is completely non-invasive.
5. Receive your report
Once the scan is complete, I’ll review the results together with your intake form and send you a detailed email report, usually within 12 hours. I may contact you if I need more details to complete the report.
6. Follow the guidance
Your report will include a clear explanation of what’s showing up and simple next steps, which may include Infoceuticals (liquid drops) or general wellness support.
