Q: Do I need to purchase a scanner every time?
A: No! If you already have a NES pet scanner, you only need to purchase the scan bundle.
Q: Can I use this for multiple pets?
A: Yes. Each scan is linked to one pet’s account, but you can purchase bundles for multiple pets. If you have multiple pets and only 1 email address, please contact us to help you set up your account at hello@plantingorganics.com.au
Q: How do I receive my scan results?
A: After each scan, you’ll get a detailed email report with expert insights & recommended actions. Please allow up to 12 hours for the report.
